!!!ALL CHEER BOWS ARE SHIPPED IN A BOX TO PRESERVE THEIR SHAPE!!! 
 
Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Custom fabric prints and Personalized name prints are at a 2-3 week processing time.  Bow orders can take 10-15 business days currently and team orders longer…please email us for a timeline on bows and team bows if timing is important!   I will do my best to keep this notice updated if there are delays!!! Thank you so much!
 
IF IT HAS NOT BEEN THE SPECIFIED PROCESSING TIMES FOR YOUR TYPE OF ORDER PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. WE ARE VERY BUSY AND CANNOT ANSWER THOSE TYPES OF EMAILS OR MESSAGES! WE WILL ANSWER EMAILS IF THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF TIME HAS PASSED!
 
ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES FOR SHIPMENTS SHIPPED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES.

 

RETURNS

We guarantee your products will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date if there is a defect in workmanship. This does not include returning because you ordered the wrong size/color or juse change your mind. Custom orders are not returnable due to the nature of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
